Eden Brown Synergy is seeking an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to take on a senior role within our team. As a Senior Speech and Language Therapist, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of a highly specialist SLT service, providing management, clinical supervision, and training to junior staff and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive Speech and Language Therapy assessments and outcome measurement for patients with complex neurological presentations.
- Develop and implement treatment plans to support patients with cognitive communication difficulties.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure effective patient care and discharge planning.
