Key Responsibilities:
As a Healthcare solicitor with Sacco Mann, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of healthcare cases, including representing clients at inquest proceedings. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing expert advice on healthcare, clinical negligence, and patient safety matters.
  • Representing clients at inquest proceedings, including advocacy.
  • Managing a diverse portfolio of healthcare cases.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess strong healthcare and inquests expertise, along with excellent advocacy skills and a solid understanding of healthcare regulations. A keen interest in healthcare law and the ability to deliver high-quality work are essential. Additionally, you should have experience in clinical negligence, medical malpractice, and patient safety matters. We offer a competitive salary range of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
