We are seeking a highly organized and administrative skilled individual to join our team as a SLT Administrator. As a key member of our South West region, you will provide critical support to our Regional Care Director, ensuring seamless operations and efficient use of their time.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and maintain office systems, including data management and filing, to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Organize and maintain the Regional Care Director's diary and work schedules, aligning with their established Ways of Working.
- Arrange travel and accommodation for the Regional Care Director as needed.
- Travel to branch locations or regions to take notes and actions, as required.
- Screen phone calls, enquiries, and requests, handling them appropriately and ensuring timely responses.
- Compile and produce reports, ensuring they are available when needed.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a driver with prior administrative experience. You must be flexible, able to work independently or as part of a team, and possess strong word processing and IT skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, are essential for building effective relationships internally and externally.
