Job Title: Field Sales Consultant

Job Summary:

We are expanding our Independent Sales business and launching a new offering called 'Your Way'. As a Field Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for achieving sales targets in your local neighbourhood by building and leveraging strong customer relationships, onboarding new customers, and working closely with our distribution partner/driver.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through face-to-face meetings, understanding customer needs, and providing excellent customer service.
  • Onboard new customers effectively and track activity using Salesforce.
  • Work closely with our distribution partner/driver to create a strong team for the community.
  • Maximise sales through our existing customers by identifying new business opportunities and developing effective sales strategies.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced sales professional who has a proven track record of achieving sales targets. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be commercially astute, and have a passion for sales. Ideally, you will have a background in Field Sales or Account Management and be proficient in Excel.
