Warehouse Section Leader role available at Gist Ltd. Working in partnership with M&S, we deliver industry-leading logistics and supply chain transformation. As a key member of our operation team, you will contribute to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food. Our operation in a major UK location is looking for a candidate who can commit to a night shift, 38 hours per week, 10 hour shifts working between the hours of 20:00 - 06:00. You will receive a £4,500 shift allowance, £2,000 London Weighting Allowance, and 20% M&S discount on most things from furniture, fashion and food. We are looking for a Warehouse Section Leader with a good understanding of warehouse management systems, the ability to identify potential risks and develop solutions, and an innovative approach to leadership – being creative and implementing new ways to improve performance. The site operates two daily cycles, taking receipt of both chilled and ambient M&S Food products from suppliers. You will be working in a close-knit community where collaboration is key.
