Job Title: Flexographic Print Operator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Flexographic Print Operator to join our team at Jark PLC. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for setting up and printing high-quality designs onto flexible plastic substrates and paper using our wide web flexographic printing press.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate the flexographic printing press to produce high-quality prints
• Maintain a high level of quality, accuracy, and productivity to ensure efficient day-to-day running of the press
• Optimize press speeds to maximize uptime and minimize downtime
• Report any issues that may affect output to the Quality department
• Maintain good housekeeping on the press and surrounding areas

Requirements:

• Previous experience in flexographic print (minimum 3-5 years)
• Knowledge of lamination and slitting processes
• Experience with mounting processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage change while maintaining standards
• Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills
