Job Title: Access Control Systems Specialist

Job Description:

In this role, you will focus on designing, implementing, and maintaining access control systems to ensure secure and efficient entry points for customers, staff, and visitors. Your mission will be to oversee the entire lifecycle of these systems, from initial setup to ongoing maintenance and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, configure, and integrate access control systems to meet organisational security needs.
  • Monitor system performance and implement updates or adjustments as needed.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to complete installations on time and within budget.
  • Advise management and clients on new access control technologies and identify opportunities for upgrades.
  • Ensure access control systems comply with industry standards, government regulations, and internal policies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in the security systems industry, with experience in Access Control and CCTV installation.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles, physical security systems, networking, system integration, and security protocols.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
  • Strong time management, organisational skills, and keen attention to detail and accuracy.
