At Agria Pet Insurance, we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Insurance Sales Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, permanent position working 36 hours per week, with the opportunity to earn a competitive salary of £22,500 - £24,000 per annum, plus commission. Our successful candidate will work from home and our Aylesbury office, utilising their exceptional communication skills to provide top-notch customer service.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, providing expert advice and guidance on our pet insurance policies.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell and up-sell our products, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible value.
  • Working closely with our underwriting team to resolve complex policy claims and disputes.
