About the Role:
">As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our residents receive the highest standard of care and support. This may involve supporting residents with their daily needs, such as eating, bathing, and dressing, as well as following individual care plans to ensure that each resident receives the right level of care.
About You:
">To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of caring for older people, excellent communication skills, and a warm and empathetic approach. You will also need to be able to work as part of a team to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
