About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Assurance Officer at IOSH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for assessing and quality-assuring our training providers and the training they deliver, in accordance with established criteria and national standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assessing IOSH direct delivery courses and undertaking specific quality checks
  • Providing constructive feedback in the form of written reports and, on occasion, verbally to aid understanding
  • Working collaboratively with stakeholders and staff to build relationships and ensure excellent customer service

Requirements

  • Knowledge and experience of assessment, training, and auditing principles
  • Pragmatic and solution-focused problem-solving skills to find innovative solutions and challenge practices where necessary
  • Able to work collaboratively and build relationships with stakeholders and staff
  • Level 3 Award in Understanding the Principles and Practices of Assessment or Equivalent or Level 3 qualification in Education and Training or Equivalent
  • Level 3 Health and Safety Qualification or Equivalent
