About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Linc-Cymru. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
  • Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard and presented attractively
  • Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Contribute to the development of menus and meal plans to meet the dietary needs of our residents

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a care home or similar setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
