About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team at Linc-Cymru. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals for our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner
- Ensure all food is prepared to a high standard and presented attractively
- Work collaboratively with other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe working environment
- Contribute to the development of menus and meal plans to meet the dietary needs of our residents
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a kitchen environment, preferably in a care home or similar setting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
