About the Role
The Site Operative will be responsible for covering all aspects of production across the flour mill, working on a shift system of four on/four off. This role reports to the Site Operative Team leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure all food safety compliance requirements are maintained within the plant.
- Work within the Company Safety and Health guidelines, adhering to the critical life standards policy.
- Support other Site functions such as Weighbridge, Warehouse & Hygiene when required.
- Accurate completion of all documentation as required.
- Lab testing of wheat & flour to ensure high quality standards.
- Working to Production targets to ensure performance excellence across site.
About You
- An effective team member with strong communication skills.
- Problem-solving abilities to analyze situations objectively and reach logical solutions.
- Food process experience is ideal but not essential, with training provided.
- Computer literate with a current FLT training certificate an advantage.
- Advance NABIM qualification an advantage but not essential, with full training and development provided.
