About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to join our team at Pacifica, one of the UK's largest providers of outsourced support and repair of domestic appliances.

As a Domestic Appliance Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues with domestic appliances in customers' homes. You will work collaboratively with our teams to deliver a first-class service to our customers, using your expertise and product knowledge to repair appliances efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair domestic appliances in customers' homes
  • Work collaboratively with our teams to deliver a first-class service to our customers
  • Use your expertise and product knowledge to repair appliances efficiently and effectively
  • Provide excellent customer service and communicate effectively with customers
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve targets and objectives

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' recent experience in the white goods repair sector
  • Up-to-date working repair knowledge of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration, and cookers
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 points

We offer a competitive salary of £26,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on skill set and experience, plus uncapped bonus scheme, OTE of up to £50,000 per annum, and a range of benefits including company van, fuel card, uniform, specialist tools, mobile tablet, and PPE.
