Territory Sales Representative

CPL Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated Territory Sales Representative to join their team in Northern Ireland.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading provider of commercial and residential floor coverings. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for managing your territory, identifying and targeting new business opportunities, and building long-term relationships with customers.
You will need to have a strong understanding of commercial flooring, as well as excellent communication and sales skills. You will also need to be able to work independently, with minimal supervision, and meet and exceed targets and KPIs.
Key Responsibilities- Manage your territory, identifying and targeting new business opportunities
- Build long-term relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Meet and exceed monthly targets and KPIs, driving sales revenue growth
- 3 years minimum experience in a similar setting with proven experience in delivering against targets and KPIs
- Experience in sales, business development, and management
- Able to communicate effectively with designers, architects, and other stakeholders
- Solid knowledge of commercial flooring
We offer a competitive salary of up to £45,000 per year, plus bonus scheme and company expenses, including car allowance.
