Academic Coverage Facilitator

We are seeking a skilled Academic Coverage Facilitator to join our team at beBee Professionals in Crosby, United Kingdom.

About the Role:

• The successful candidate will facilitate academic coverage in classrooms during teacher absences.
• This role requires strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt to different environments.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
2. Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
3. Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and support students with their learning when necessary.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a school environment is preferred but not essential.
• Strong communication and classroom management skills are essential for this role.
• A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one is required.

Estimated Salary: £18,000 - £22,000 per annum based on 190 days' work.
