Job Summary:

Berry Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Lettings Property Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for conducting front-line property viewings, engaging with potential clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct property viewings with potential clients, showcasing properties and highlighting their features and benefits.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
  • Manage and handle client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
  • Support sales operations, including maintaining accurate records and updating database systems.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Positive and upbeat attitude, with a passion for customer service and a drive to succeed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Full, clean driver's license with no pending convictions and a reliable vehicle.

Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position, working Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required. You will be based in our office, with regular travel to view properties and meet with clients.
