About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled electro-mechanical engineer to join our team as a Coffee Machine Service Technician. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for traveling to customer sites to repair, maintain, and install customer products, delivering an exceptional level of service to all of our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to customer sites to repair, maintain, and install customer products
- Deliver an exceptional level of service to all customers
- Work collaboratively with our office-based service desk to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements:
- Previous experience in electro-mechanical engineering and fault finding
- Sound understanding of general electro-mechanical engineering principles
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Flexible approach to travel and ability to work independently
