About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Multi-Utility Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of our utility projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Managing project finances from start to finish
  • Conducting valuations, final accounts, and variations
  • Ensuring contract compliance and providing financial advice to stakeholders
  • Liaising with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

  • Experience in the multi-utility sector (gas, water, electricity, fibre)
  • Strong knowledge of NEC, JCT, or similar contracts
  • Ability to manage budgets, track costs, and ensure cost efficiency
  • Excellent communication skills and commercial acumen
  • Relevant qualifications (degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying)
