Stockroom Coordinator

About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Stockroom Supervisor to join our team at Frasers Group. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our store's stockroom and supporting the sales team in providing an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
- Participate in regular stock counts and audits to maintain inventory accuracy and minimize discrepancies.
- Transfer stock from the stockroom to the sales floor efficiently, ensuring that products are available for customers.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and well-organized stockroom, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to fulfill stock requests and ensure timely replenishment.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels on the sales floor, ensuring displays are consistently stocked and visually appealing.
- Be vigilant in monitoring stock movement to prevent loss, theft, and damage.
Requirements
- Leadership experience, with the ability to manage a team's workload, delegate, and drive performance.
- A meticulous and organized approach, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable performing physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong communication skills and a cooperative attitude, able to work well within a team.
- Punctual, dependable, and committed to maintaining a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed.
