We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Pioneer Selection. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across our site.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and reduce waste.
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance CI capabilities across all teams.
- Analyze performance data to identify areas for enhancement and establish key performance indicators.
- Oversee enhancement projects to meet site profit improvement targets.
- Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to embed asset care and total productive maintenance principles.
- Share and promote best practices across the organization.
- Proven experience in continuous improvement and process excellence, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving change and improvement.
- Excellent data analysis and project management skills.
- Experience with Lean structures, Six Sigma, and CI tools.
- Hands-on approach with a flexible mindset and strong communication skills.
- Competitive salary up to £55,000 per year.
