About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at Pioneer Selection. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and process improvement initiatives across our site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and implement process improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance CI capabilities across all teams.
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for enhancement and establish key performance indicators.
  • Oversee enhancement projects to meet site profit improvement targets.
  • Collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams to embed asset care and total productive maintenance principles.
  • Share and promote best practices across the organization.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in continuous improvement and process excellence, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with a track record of driving change and improvement.
  • Excellent data analysis and project management skills.
  • Experience with Lean structures, Six Sigma, and CI tools.
  • Hands-on approach with a flexible mindset and strong communication skills.
