Job Opportunity: Clerical Officer

About the Role:

Clerical Officers play a vital role in supporting the secretarial team at NHS Scotland. As a Clerical Officer, you will provide general clerical support to ensure that clinics, theatre sessions, and ward clerical work are organized efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the secretarial team
  • Ensure patient data and clinical notes are filed correctly and efficiently
  • Support the organization of clinics, theatre sessions, and ward clerical work
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve efficient and timely results

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Secretarial skills and experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Standard Grade or equivalent in English
