Job Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing an efficient and effective tongue-tie assessment and frenulotomy service
  • Working within their remit as a tongue-tie practitioner, maintaining effective relationships with cross-site Infant Feeding Leads
  • Following the NMC Code of Conduct and other professional guidelines
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A background registration supported by the Department of Health, with procedure falling within scope of practice
  • Advanced baby feeding skills
  • Skills and experience in tongue-tie assessment using evidence-based tools
  • Training and experience in Infection control, aseptic technique, managing bleeding and other complications
Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including pension scheme, annual leave, and opportunities for professional development.
