Job Title: Employee Experience Administrator
OverviewLondon Gatwick Airport is a vibrant and dynamic workplace, where great journeys begin. We are seeking an experienced Employee Experience Administrator to join our team.
This role plays a crucial part in ensuring that all employee data is accurate and up-to-date throughout their time at Gatwick. The successful candidate will standardise employee processes, providing a high-quality experience for all employees.
The Employee Experience Administrator will work closely with the HR team and wider business to provide people data and insight, supporting various capability investigations, including grievances and disciplinaries, performance, and policy application.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to continuously improve the employee experience, pushing for increased self-service capability, online content review, and alternative communication channels.

RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- CIPD level 3 qualification or equivalent experience;
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office;
- Competent administrative support skills;
- Ability to develop a solid understanding of HR systems;
- Passion for giving outstanding customer service;
- Ability to manage own workload effectively;
- Able to operate effectively in an ambiguous environment.
