Account Director, Brand Experience

We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Executive to join our team at POST Recruitment. As a Key Account Executive, you will be responsible for growing relationships and revenue within key accounts by understanding the needs of the customer.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop strong relationships with key account customers through regular conversations, emails, and video calls.
- Develop and implement process improvements around the Key Account Framework Agreements to ensure all departments are meeting the requirements.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships internally to ensure account needs are understood and met.
- Provide regular reports to key accounts as required.
- Ensure data protection and confidentiality are maintained at all times.
- Handle customer complaints in a professional manner and seek suitable resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date with new products and pricing information to provide to key account customers.
- Maintain the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date customer information.
- Offer product suggestions and support to customers as needed.
- Coordinate sample requests and process orders through the OMS system.
- Prepare and deliver goods for key account events and presentations.
- Attend and deliver key account training and presentation days as required.
