About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outbound Sales Advisor to join our team at IT Bods Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for making calls to warm leads to book appointments for Field Sales Advisors to discuss equity release.

Key Responsibilities
  • Booking appointments from warm leads for Field Sales Advisors
  • Contacting high volumes of prospects (200-300 per day)
  • Developing and maintaining a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Working closely with the marketing department to generate warm leads
Requirements
  • Background working as an Outbound Sales Advisor in a B2C sales environment
  • A proven track record in KPI achievement
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate resilience
  • Customer-focused and self-motivated
