Join Our Team as a Fitness Coach at Everlast Gyms

We are seeking a highly motivated and qualified Fitness Coach to join our team at Everlast Gyms in Poole. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality fitness services to our members, including personal training, group training, and fitness classes.

About the Role

We are looking for a minimum of Level 3 qualified Personal Trainers (or CIMPSA Practitioner certified) to work within our Everlast Gyms to continue to help our members find their 'Greatness from within'. As an Everlast Personal Trainer, you will work as part of a great team who help take our members from their 'good' to their 'Great'. With a readymade client base, state-of-the-art facility, best-in-class support and development, group training products, and a rapidly growing brand, there is no better place to build your business and progress in your fitness career.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality fitness services to our members, including personal training, group training, and fitness classes.
  • Work as part of a team to achieve business objectives and support the growth of the gym.
  • Develop and maintain a strong client base through excellent customer service and effective marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to the development of new fitness programs and services to meet the needs of our members.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with the latest fitness trends and best practices.

Requirements
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification (or CIMPSA Practitioner certified).
  • Public Liability Insurance.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends.
