We are seeking an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join our well-regarded Wills, Trusts and Estate team in Eastbourne.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience working in a Private Client Department and a high level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills.

Our client base includes trustees, families, private banks, and HNW individuals. In this role, you will be supervising junior team members and be involved in business development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing advice and support to clients on all matters including domestic Wills, assets, and domicile, administration of estates and probate, and Inheritance and Capital Gains Tax for individuals and Trusts.
  • Supervising junior team members and being involved in business development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience working in a Private Client Department.
  • High level of commercial awareness with strong attention to detail and good drafting skills.
