Role Overview

This role involves working as a Support Worker with our clients, providing person-centred care and support to enable them to achieve their goals and maintain their independence. The ideal candidate will be a caring and compassionate individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, showering, toileting, and medication management.
  • Assist clients with daily living tasks, such as cooking, cleaning, and shopping.
  • Accompany clients on outings and social activities.
  • Maintain accurate records of client care and support.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £11.85 per hour plus mileage, as well as access to a range of benefits, including enhanced occupational maternity and adoption pay, enhanced occupational paternity pay entitlement, death in service payment, pension scheme, benefits and wellbeing platform, 28 days annual leave (pro rata), refer a friend scheme, and cycle-to-work scheme.
