We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at ISS. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including repairs and replacements of equipment, fixtures, and fittings.
  • Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify and address potential issues.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of maintenance schedules and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, contractors, and vendors.

Requirements

  • Secondary education, high school graduate, certificate in trade school or equivalent work experience.
  • 3-5 years' work experience in facilities maintenance or a related field.
  • Security clearance to a high government level will be required.
  • Ability to effectively communicate (oral and written) with all employees, contractors, and vendors.
  • Initiative-taker and collaborator.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multi-functional tasks.
  • Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure.
  • Ability to use standard powered and non-powered tools.
