**Estimated Salary:** £50,000 - £70,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

As a key member of our R&D department, you will play a vital role in developing new products and product lines that meet the highest standards of quality and safety.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or a relevant subject, with a strong understanding of regulatory processes and the product development process. You will be proactive, results-oriented, and possess excellent written and oral communication skills.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

• Developing formulations to meet internal ingredient standards and industry best practices for safety, scientific significance, accuracy, and recordkeeping
• Formulating new products, product changes, and assisting in leading technology advancements and competitive assessments
• Collaborating with multifunctional core teams to successfully identify, develop, and launch new products in an accelerated manner
