About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Delivery Engineer to join our team at Node4 Ltd. As a Network Delivery Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient delivery of standard network services to our clients.

Your primary objective will be to accurately process, coordinate, provision, deliver, update and handover client orders. You will work closely with our Project Managers, Account Managers and Delivery Teams to successfully deliver Orders to our exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the entire network provisioning process, from order receipt to handover.
  • Work on the delivery of multiple different client orders at any one time and prioritize tasks to meet client deliverables.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of network services.
Requirements
  • Cisco CCNA and/or Juniper JNCIA and/or Fortinet NSE4 (ideally working towards a Professional level qualification)
  • Proven track record of supporting or delivering network services including DIA, MPLS, DSL, Ethernet circuits, VPNs, routers, switches, firewalls and WiFi in a service provider environment.
  • A working understanding of network protocols at layer-2 and layer-3.
