We are looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team.



As a Care Assistant with Bluebird Care Shropshire, you will provide care and support to our customers in their own homes, helping them to live comfortably and independently.



You will be responsible for assisting with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication, and meal preparation, as well as providing emotional support and companionship.



We are looking for someone who is compassionate, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities


  • Assist customers with daily tasks, such as personal care, medication, and meal preparation
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to customers
  • Document and report customer information as required
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the team to ensure high-quality care
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge


Requirements


  • Full and valid UK driving licence
  • Access to a car/vehicle
  • Right to work in the UK
  • Excellent level of English
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to customer care
