Job Overview

We're looking for a highly skilled Carpenter-Multi to join our team at Stride. As a key member of our Empty Homes Team, you'll play a vital role in carrying out carpentry repairs, installing windows, doors, and fencing, as well as performing locksmithing tasks. Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out all forms of carpentry repairs, including minor joinery and kitchen fitting.
  • Install windows, doors, and door frames, ensuring a seamless finish.
  • UPVC servicing and installation to the highest standards.
  • Provide expert locksmithing services, including gaining entry when necessary.
  • Install various types of fencing to enhance our properties' security and appearance.

Requirements:
  • Demonstrate experience in a similar role or equivalent trade skills.
  • Hold a qualification to NVQ level 2 or have 5 years proven track record in carpentry.
  • Possess a full and current driving licence with 2 years' experience.
