This is a full-time hybrid role as a Business Development Manager at Siemlus. You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and creating new business opportunities.
  • Attending network events and client presentations.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to propose tailored solutions to clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities within the hotel sector.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the hotel industry.
  • Generate leads, pursue opportunities, and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
  • Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of the hospitality industry and technology integration.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing market trends.
