Key Responsibilities
  1. Install and maintain fire detection and security alarm systems, including emergency lighting, remote monitoring, intruder alarms, access controls, intercoms, and nurse call systems.
  2. Attend training courses and meetings to oversee the development of colleagues and contribute to a safe working environment.
  3. Perform other engineering and servicing-related duties as determined by management.
Essential Skills
  1. 3-5 years' experience in a fire & security role.
  2. Manufacturer training in leading fire & security systems.
  3. Background in installation, service, and maintenance engineering.
Desirable Skills
  1. Basic programming knowledge of specific systems such as Advanced Electronics, HAES, Kentec, Gent, Hochiki, Apollo, Vesda, Airsense, Honeywell, Paxton, Control Soft, Videcon, Hikvision.
  2. Experience in domestic and commercial environments.
  3. City and Guilds 236 parts 1&2 electrical installation or equivalent experience.
  4. 17th or 18th Edition Electrical qualification.
  5. Clean, valid driving license.
