Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Executive to join our client's sales team in Skelmersdale, Lancashire. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in promoting their training courses to potential and existing clients.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, and possess the ability to achieve targets. You will be responsible for generating outbound communication across multiple channels, handling cold and warm leads, and working collaboratively with the wider team to action any leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generating outbound communication across multiple channels (phone, email, LinkedIn)
  • Handling cold and warm leads
  • Working in a sales and/or call centre environment
  • Proven success in a customer development role and exceeding targets

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Good IT skills - Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
  • Diligent with excellent attention to detail
  • Able to stay calm under pressure
  • Self-starting and highly motivated
