Job Description
We are seeking a Support Worker to join our team at Maes-Y-Wennol in Llanidoes. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to our lovely service users. This includes assisting with washing, dressing, and promoting independence where possible. No day is the same as you will always feel a sense of satisfaction knowing that you are making a difference in someone's life.
Required Skills and Qualifications
No previous experience or qualifications are necessary. We will provide full training, including our leadership programme, which can support your development and opportunities for progression within Shaw.
