We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team in Swindon, UK. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex software solutions while mentoring junior developers and ensuring code quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement high-performance software applications.
  • Lead technical decision-making processes and code reviews.
  • Mentor and guide junior software engineers in best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
  • Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript.
  • Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Proven experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
