- Communicate effectively with drivers, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Analyse logistics processes to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
- Proven experience in logistics or supply chain management, preferably in a dispatch role.
- Familiarity with transportation management systems and AS400 software is advantageous.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on customer service.
£30,000.00 per year. Company pension and on-site parking available.
