We are currently recruiting Qualified Teachers to work in Secondary and Primary schools across the Walsall area. Roles are available on a day-to-day, short-term, and long-term basis.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver pre-planned lessons across various subjects within the secondary school curriculum.
- Support students with their learning, providing guidance and encouragement as they progress academically.
- Supervise students during lessons, maintaining a safe and inclusive learning environment.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to create engaging and interactive learning activities catering to diverse student needs.
- Provide one-on-one or small group support to students requiring additional assistance with their studies.
- Assist with the preparation of teaching materials and resources, including classroom displays and educational aids.
- Uphold school policies and procedures, promoting positive behavior and maintaining discipline within the classroom.
- Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and other professional development opportunities as required.
- Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, fostering a sense of community within the school.
- PGCE, TRN, or QTS qualification.
- A genuine passion for education and a desire to work with young people.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet the evolving needs of the school.
- Resilience and patience when working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- UK driving license.
