Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior PLM Project Manager to join our team in the UK. This permanent position offers a competitive base salary, employer-paid benefits, and career growth opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the technical and sales team to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring internal discussions and communications with customers.
  • Collaborate with customer resources, Solution Architects, and PLM consultants to ensure project execution according to mandate.
  • Control project budget and resource availability.
  • Prepare project plans based on scope of work and resource requirements.
  • Work with the delivery manager to ensure project progress and report creation.
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans in waterfall or Agile methodology depending on requirements.
  • Provide regular updates to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Apply best practice methodology to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Monitor progress, scope creep, and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
  • More than 2 years of experience in project management in IT or PLM delivering complex software solutions or products.
  • Bachelor or Master degree in information technology, project management, mechanical, software, electrical engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience delivering multiple projects using Agile or waterfall methodology, Scrum Master or PMP would be an asset.
  • Knowledge of PLM, IT, CAD, CAM is an asset.
  • Experience in Engineering, Industrial, or Manufacturing-related environment would be an asset.
  • You can work under minimal supervision.
  • The Position requires strong interpersonal skills, ownership, communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced knowledge of Power Bi, Power Point, Excel, and project management tools (MS projects, Jira, etc).
