About the Role:

As a Swim Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality swimming lessons, ensuring customer safety, and providing exceptional customer service. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work closely with customers will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• To teach swimming to children and adults as part of our swimming lesson programme
• To communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding their child's progress and development
• To assist in the supervision of customers in the swimming pool and surroundings, ensuring their safety and discipline

Requirements:

• An active Level 2 swimming teaching qualification
• A DBS check
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine desire to work closely with customers
• The ability to deal with children and their parents

Estimated Salary: £25-£30 per hour, depending on experience
