About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Health Visitor to join our New Forest East Health Visiting Team. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in communication and have a strong approach to teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

The Health Visitor will lead the delivery of the Healthy Child Programme, focusing on the 6 High Impact Areas, using evidence-based practice. This will involve working closely with the team to develop personalised care plans for caseloads.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a Registered Nurse/Midwife with a BSc Hons Public Health Specialist Practitioner (Health Visiting) or equivalent qualification. They will also need to be NMC Registered Part 3 and a Nurse Prescriber. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are also essential.
