Exciting Opportunity for a Used Car Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Manager to join our dynamic Sales team at our BMW, Colne retailer.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to take on a leadership role and drive sales growth in our Used Car department. As a Used Car Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals, developing and implementing sales strategies, and ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional sales experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth in the Used Car department
  • Ensure that all sales team members are properly trained and equipped to provide excellent customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as Marketing and Service, to ensure seamless customer experience
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the automotive industry
  • Strong commercial awareness and financial analysis skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of sales professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • IT literacy and a full UK driving license
