About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Engineering Professional to join our team at Hewett Recruitment. This is an exciting opportunity for a self-sufficient individual with both electrical and mechanical expertise to support industrial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with safety and legal regulations (LOLER, PAT, etc.).
  • Perform safe installation and operation of industrial machinery and infrastructure.
  • Install and maintain mechanical systems with rapid fault resolution.
  • Execute and improve mechanical PPM schedules.
  • Develop strong knowledge of legal compliance requirements for electrical/mechanical engineering.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.

Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary for this role is £38,000 - £39,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we offer competitive benefits, including full-time employment and opportunities for professional growth.
