About the Role

This role involves working on various construction sites across South Wales, coordinating with our site management team to ensure smooth project execution. You will be responsible for maintaining site security, enforcing health and safety protocols, and organizing materials and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate site-based construction projects, carrying out risk assessments and liaising with key figures
  • Assess and record environmental impact of projects, identifying opportunities for improvement
  • Implement effective solutions for construction projects, utilizing sustainable practices whenever possible
  • Use project management principles to supervise construction workers, ensuring high-quality workmanship
  • Plan and organize work effectively, measuring progress against project timelines
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A genuine interest in pursuing a career within construction
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective communication with a wide range of people
  • Five GCSEs at 9-4 (or A*-C on the old grading scale), including English and Maths
  • Level 3 qualifications, such as A-Levels or NVQs
