Busy Bees Nurseries are seeking a dedicated and passionate Nursery Practitioner to join their team at our Stowmarket nursery. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education to our children.

Our nursery is a purpose-built, clean, and well-maintained environment that provides a calm and family-focused atmosphere. The spacious rooms and large gardens offer a perfect setting for our children to learn and grow.

About the Role

  • As a Nursery Practitioner, you will be responsible for ensuring the individual needs of each child are met, including supporting parents with any SEND/ASL needs.
  • You will take ownership of observation, assessments, and planning for your key children in line with EYFS and provide developmentally challenging next steps.
  • You will encourage and praise children's development and achievements, creating a positive and supportive learning environment.
