Resident Care Manager

Care UK is proud to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced caregiver to join our team as a Resident Care Manager at Cuttlebrook Hall, our luxury Care Home in Thame, near Oxford. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for leading a team of caregivers and developing effective care plans that meet individual resident needs.
Main Responsibilities:- Lead and supervise a team of caregivers to deliver exceptional resident care
- Develop and implement effective care plans that meet individual resident needs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and families to ensure seamless communication and support
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential hazards and implement mitigating strategies
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of an NVQ Level 3 in health and social care, excellent leadership skills, IT literacy, and experience in administering medication. They will also demonstrate a strong passion for delivering high-quality care and a commitment to teamwork.
