We are seeking a qualified Employment Solicitor to join our dynamic team in Leicester. As an in-house counsel, you will provide advice and representation for our organisation and its members, who are senior leaders within the education sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide advice to members involved in internal processes with their employers
  • Employment tribunal litigation
  • Represent members involved in professional discipline cases before their regulators
  • Inquests and public inquiries

This is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid working environment, with a minimum of three days per week at our Leicester office. The post-holder will be required to work at HQ for a minimum of three days per week and when requested to do so. Occasional overnight stays may also be required.

What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range from £46,771 to £51,430
  • Reasonable travel and out-of-pocket expenses
  • A generous package of benefits, including 33 days holiday plus bank holidays and a pension scheme to which the association contributes 9%
