Family Solicitor - HOD & Partnership Prospects

This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and experienced Family Solicitor to take on a leadership role within a reputable law firm. As Head of Department, you will be responsible for developing and heading up the Family team, overseeing all privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial agreements, separation agreements, and Children Act proceedings.

We are seeking a qualified Family Solicitor/Lawyer who is looking to elevate their career with a firm that is committed to investment, growth, and progression. The successful candidate will have a high degree of autonomy and will be responsible for building and developing the Family team.

The package on offer is extremely rewarding and lucrative, with the direction of the department being largely open to discussion and to reflect experience and PQE. Depending on location preferences, this opportunity can be based from either our clients Norwich or Suffolk office (or from both if preferred), with flexibility for hybrid working.
